This Wedding Photography training course is designed to help Photography beginners and Amateurs learn how to photograph a wedding.
Wedding Photography is a huge responsibility, even for us professionals. So for a family friend it is a massive ask and accepting this huge request is something that should never be done lightly. Remember this is one of the biggest days of a couple’s life, and the photographs are the only lasting memory of that day.
So if you are willing to accept the responsibility, then it makes sense to invest in some training from Wedding professionals to ensure that you are as best prepared as you can possibly be.
Overview of the Wedding Workshop
This training workshop will help you from start to finish:
- How to plan and prepare for the day – understanding timings of the day, when to do things and when not
- What equipment will you need, lenses, flash, memory cards etc
- How best to conduct yourself on the day
- How to cope photographing inside the church with no flash
- Official shots, signing the register, groups/family photographs, confetti shots
- How to take great portraits of the bride and groom
- How to document the speeches
- The toughest part of all – the first dance, capturing great images in very difficult lighting.
- How to keep yourself mentally calm and enjoy the day
This course will hopefully go someway to giving you the confidence to approach the wedding, safe in the knowledge that you are comfortable with what you are going to do, how and when.
This workshop costs £95.00 for a half day and we suggest doing this in good time prior to the date of the wedding so you have time to practice what you learn and to implement the planning process we teach with your bride and groom.
