How to take Stunning Portraits
This Photography training course is designed to help you improve your portrait photography. Most beginners to digital photography and amateur photographers can visualise what they are trying to achieve, but get very frustrated when the final results don’t work right, this course will help you learn how to ensure you get what you want from the portraits you take.
Most people who buy a Digital camera do so to take photographs of people, wanting to capture beautiful images of the children growing up, the family all together and special holidays and days out. So why not make your images beautiful?
Our Portrait Photography covers everything that will help you take beautiful photographs of the special people in your life. A good portrait will make someone react when they view it, the portrait will convey something to the viewer whether that be action, emotion or thought provoking wonder.
There are many skills that come together when wanting to create a great portrait of someone, and our Portrait Photography Workshop aims to cover these
- Location and Time of day
- Deciding, in your head, what you want the image to look like before taking the shot
- Whats the story/theme in the image
- Assessing the Lighting
- Camera Settings and lens choice
- Flash, off camera flash and simple reflectors
- Poses – the good and bad
This workshop costs £95.00 for a half day. You will need to bring your camera and any lenses, flash units and other equipment.
